Timothy Gay Chief Executive Officer
Tim has more than 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense. He has held various positions in executive management including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Director and Senior Vice President of Strategic Development. Tim served as an officer in the U.S. Army and holds a Masters Level Certification in Project Management from Florida Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina and Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from Murray State University.
Timothy Jahnigen Chief Growth Officer
Tim started his career in the United States Navy as a nuclear trained submarine officer. Since leaving the Navy, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in the Defense Contractor arena, serving in multiple functional capacities such as Engineering, Quality, Business Development and Capture Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and his educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from The United States Naval Academy.
Robert Reichelmann Chief Technology Officer
Rob comes from a diverse background of Federal Government Civilian Service including the CECOM Software Engineering Center, Project Manager Mission Command (MC) and Project Manager Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WINT). As a former GS15, Rob held the positions of Chief, Technical Management Division, PM Mission Command and Deputy Product Manager WIN-T Increment 3. He holds Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certifications in both Project Management and Systems Production Research Development and Engineering (SPRDE) - Systems Engineering. His educational background includes a Certificate in Advanced Acquisition from the Naval Post Graduate School (NPS), a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University and an undergraduate Bachelors of Science in Business Information Systems Management from The College of New Jersey.
Charles Sanford Chief Operating Officer
Charles has over a decade in supporting the Army and associated C4ISR commands. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and his Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins Unviersity. Beginning his career at Fort Monmouth, NJ, he supported internal research and development projects in addition to providing direct customer support. He advanced into roles supporting business operations, contracts, finance, proposal development, human resources, and security.
William Nelson Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. William “Willie” Nelson retired as a member of the Senior Executive Service and the AFC's commanding general's senior civilian advisor. He brings extensive technical, engineering and acquisition expertise to command engagements with industry and academia, oversaw AFC’s financial resources and manages command-wide programs for more than 17,000 personnel. Nelson earned a U.S. Air Force commission through ROTC at the University of Texas at Austin and retired as a space and missile officer after 20 years of service. His recent roles as a DOD civilian include deputy assistant secretary of the Army for research and technology /Army chief scientist and director of the Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing/Space Cross-Functional Team. Mr. William “Willie” holds a master’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a graduate of Harvard’s Senior Executives in National and International Security and Oxford’s Advanced Management & Leadership Programs.
Jeff Casperaites Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Casperaites has more than 30 years of executive finance leadership experience in the aerospace, defense, and government services industries. He has held leadership positions with founder-owned, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies, including Astrion Group, M1 Support Services, L3Harris Technologies, AECOM, and DynCorp International. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has led finance organizations through strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, and value creation while overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, government compliance, and enterprise risk management. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
