Executive Management Team

T2S Solutions' Executive Management Team has over 50 years of experience supporting the tenant C4ISR commands on Aberdeen Proving Ground. They martial subject matter expertise in Systems Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Test and Evaluation, Systems Interoperability, Risk Assessment, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, DoD Acquisition Lifecycle Management, Software Development, Quality Control / Quality Assurance, Contracts Management, Budget Analysis, and Program Management. They have provided support to CECOM, CERDEC, and ASA(ALT), including subordinate commands such as PEO IEW&S and PEO C3T. As a Veteran Owned Small Business, members of the Executive Management Team have served in both the Army and Navy.

Timothy Gay


Tim has more than 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense. He has held various positions in executive management including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Director and Senior Vice President of Strategic Development. Tim served as an officer in the U.S. Army and holds a Masters Level Certification in Project Management from Florida Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of South Carolina and Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from Murray State University. His passions include spending time with his family, coaching soccer, watching his daughters play club lacrosse and giving back to the military and professional community.

Timothy Jahnigen


Tim started his career in the United States Navy as a nuclear trained submarine officer. Since leaving the Navy, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in the Defense Contractor arena, serving in multiple functional capacities such as Engineering, Quality, Business Development and Capture Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and his educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from The United States Naval Academy where he also ran track. His passions include spending time with his family, exercising, listening to music, giving back to the community and expanding his professional network. Tim is currently the President of the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA) Aberdeen Chapter. He has been recognized at the International Level of AFCEA as a Distinguished Young AFCEAN and most recently as an Emerging Leader for all of his contributions to the organization.

Robert Reichelmann


Rob comes from a diverse background of Federal Government Civilian Service including the CECOM Software Engineering Center, Project Manager Mission Command (MC) and Project Manager Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WINT). As a former GS15, Rob held the positions of Chief, Technical Management Division, PM Mission Command and Deputy Product Manager WIN-T Increment 3. He holds Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certifications in both Project Management and Systems Production Research Development and Engineering (SPRDE) - Systems Engineering. His educational background includes a Certificate in Advanced Acquisition from the Naval Post Graduate School (NPS), a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University and an undergraduate Bachelors of Science in Business Information Systems Management from The College of New Jersey. His passions are family, work, surfing and the quest for knowledge. A notable achievement for Rob was being named a '2015 Federal Computer Weekly 100' Award Winner for excellence in Government Service.

Charles Sanford

Chief Operating Officer

Charles is well versed in every facet of defense contracting. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Beginning his career at Fort Monmouth, NJ, he supported internal research and development projects in addition to providing direct customer support. He advanced into roles supporting business operations, contracts, finance, proposal development, human resources, and security. His accomplishments include developing an internal business management platform to manage cost, schedule, and performance for several ID/IQ contracts and multiple task orders; managing large, worldwide contracts that provided engineering support to C4ISR customers; contributing to and winning IDIQ, Task Order, and Full and Open proposals; executing contracts that delivered increased capabilities for intelligence gathering; and successfully leading an accounting system adequacy audit conducted by the DCAA.
