Project and Program Management
T2S is uniquely qualified for project/program management services. Our certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) have managed utilizing EVMS, Agile, and DEVOPS principles. They have managed large, technically diverse organizations, functionally aligning them to the required deliverables.
Cost - T2S managers have managed various types of contracts including Time and Materials, Cost Reimbursable, and Fixed Price. Utilizing EVMS principles such as Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost for Work Performed (BCWP), Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), Budget at Completion (BAC), and the associated Cost Variance (CV), T2S managers delivered solutions at a positive Variance at Completion (VAC), providing overall value to the customer.
Schedule (Time) - Utilizing Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and fully resource loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), T2S managers were able to accurately predict delivery dates of products. This included coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to plan the required deliveries, assembly and installation times, and turnover of the solution to the client. The IMS provided a detailed breakdown of tasks attributed to a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and provided insight into the completion of each task.
Performance (Scope) - T2S has delivered technically complex solutions to its customers based on the scope of the work provided within the Statement of Work or Performance Work Statements. We worked with all stakeholders to identify and deliver on all requirements. We manage to key performance parameters and provide quality solutions based on the deliverables in our contracts.
Quality - T2S employees have worked in ISO 9001 and CMMI (both DEV and SVC) level five quality management systems. We extend those ideas into our delivery of quality solutions to our customers.
